Malaysian
Pork Chops
This is one of our longest running hits at Serrano.
The name is a bit of a misnomer, given the Muslim makeup of
Malaysia. But the flavoring combination - coriander, soy and
pepper- combined
with
the pork chops leads to a mouth-watering result. The marinade
keeps the chops juicy- avoid overcooking! Excellent on the grill.
Ingredients...
2 Cloves of Garlic Minced
1 Tbsp crushed Coriander Seed
8 crushed Peppercorns
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Brown sugar
4 Center cut Pork chops
Instructions...
To
make the marinade, mix all ingredients (except chops) in a shallow
dish.
Place chops in the marinade and coat well. Cover the mixture
and set aside for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
Turn chops.
Grill or broil chops for 4 minutes on each side.
